CUSTOMER SERVICE
How far do you deliver?
We try to limit our delivery area to within 50 miles, but would consider further areas with a minimum purchase. Call for details.

SALES
Do you give discounts for large purchases?
Yes, it depends on the amount and whether it needs to be delivered or not. You will need to call for details.

SUPPORT
Would you let us buy one bale to try out before we buy more?
Absolutely, yes. We can sell you as many or little as you want. However, we can’t justify delivering only one bale. It would have to be picked up.

BILLING
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time, but we will be looking into that option in the near future. Currently we accept cash or check.

PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC
What kind of hay is best for horses?
We have had great success with an alfalfa orchard grass blend. We also carry bales that have alfalfa, timothy and grass blend, which many horse people prefer. The horses maintain a healthy weight and it lasts longer with less waste due to the fact that they get more nutrition and don’t need to eat as much.

MISCELLANEOUS
How much notice do you need to deliver?
We would like at least 24 hours notice, but we understand that there are circumstances where that isn’t possible. Contact us and if we don’t answer, leave a message as we may be helping other customers. We check messages frequently.
